Order Information and FAQs

All orders are made to order and should be placed 3-4 weeks in advance.

Payment

To secure your order, a 50% non -refundable deposit is needed, without a deposit, the order will not be held. Please note that if your invoice is not settled within 48 hours, the booking date is automatically released and invoice cancelled. For cancellations, I offer refunds up to 24 hours after payment is accepted. After that, work has likely already begun on your order. Once we finalize the order details, I will send an invoice to you via email with my payment options. I accept Venmo, Zelle, and Cash. I require a 50% deposit to secure your order, and the remaining balance is due one week prior to pickup.

Pricing

Prices listed reflect the base starting price. Custom and elaborate finishings are available upon request. Additonal fees may apply. Options include: additional chocolate decorations, hand tied ribbons, and acrylic sticks.  Individual packaging is also available, great for favors and gift bags. I look forward to discussing these details before we finalize your order.

Pickup Information

Conveniently located in North Reading, MA. The pick up logistics will be coordinated closer to the event date. Delivery is also available for an additional fee. Once you pick up your order, I am no longer responsible for it.

Keep in mind many of my treats include chocolate. In the hot weather, your treats should ride in the front seat with the air conditioner on, out of direct sunlight, and never in the trunk.

How do orders come packaged?

Orders are packaged laying down in a windowed pastry box. For cake pop orders, a window cake pop carrier that doubles as a display stand is available. Additionally, items can be individually wrapped. 

Do you cater to intolerances or allergies? 

Unfortunately, I cannot cater to specific food allergies. I work in a residential kitchen that contains wheat, milk, tree nuts, peanuts, eggs, fish, shellfish, and sesame. Although I take every precaution to clean and sanitize my kitchen there may be traces of these allegens. Although the majority of my macarons are gluten free, my residential kitchen is not.
